Very clean place, friendly staff, very professional, good and prompt service. I loved that when we arrived, the staff quickly helped with our bags and took us to our room and showed us how to settle in. The breakfast was a masterpiece. Lots of healthy options to choose from. Wonderful. The hotel is also conveniently placed, right in the city centre with transport right outside and also the bus coach office right next door.

Rainbow is located in the city centre with walking distance to everything Bulawayo has to offer. This is my second stay at the hotel, and I have been very satisfied both times I have staid here. Nice rooms, free high-speed WiFi. Bulawayo is my favourite city in Zimbabwe, and Rainbow hotel is my favourite hotel. I have not tried the breakfast, so I can't comment on that one.

The rooms where big and a big window opening on to a balcony. Nice chairs to seat on . The bed is the best part !!( very big and good) The staff are the best very helpfu, respectful, they listen to all demands and nice.
